Do I have to pay for inactive employees?

No! You only pay for active employees. You can archive as many employees as you need. All of their data will be safely stored and can be accessed or restored at any time.

How do I get started?

Simply click the “Start Trial” button anywhere on our website and complete the sign up form to gain access to your 14-day free trial account!

How does the 14 day Free Trial work?

Your 14-day free trial begins when you create your account. The free trial account has full access, so there are no differences between a trial and paid account. Click any Start Trial link to get started. No credit card is required to create an account.

How do I upgrade my Trial account to a paid subscription?

We are currently switching subscription management systems and adding in-app subscription management. When you are ready to start your subscription, simply contact [email protected] and our team will upgrade your account within 24 hours!

What happens if my trial expires?

If your trial expires, your login will be deactivated but your account data will remain stored safely on our system. You can reactivate your account at any time by emailing [email protected].

Do you offer month-to-month subscriptions?

Yes. Your subscription is pay-as-you-go and you can cancel at any time.

And while not a requirement, customers who pay annually receive a 10% discount on their subscription.

Which methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all of the common payment methods including credit/debit card, check, and bank wire/ACH. We also accept purchase orders.
